INTRODUCTION

Due to all our roles involving working with vulnerable individuals, AYA have adopted Safer Recruitment practices as part of the onboarding process. As such, we will require you to complete all sections of the Application Form in detail. Upon receipt of the completed Application Form you may receive a telephone call to clarify any missing information, and to advise of the next steps in the recruitment process.

This information will be held and processed for the purpose of personnel, payroll, admin and statistical purposes only. AYA will destroy all information obtained for unsuccessful applications after six months.

We will not disclose any information about you to outside organisations or third parties unless there is a legal requirement to do so, or for the prevention and detection of fraud.

Right to Work in the UK

Under the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996, all successful applicants are required to provide evidence of eligibility to work within the UK.
